Get Well Green

I need some get well cards at the moment!  And I got some help for this one from Sketch Saturday:

For some reason I seem to be in a green phase ... does that happen to you?

Anyway, this is for a man so it is quite structured and there are no fussy bits.

Scallop die: Kaisercraft
Tag punch: unknown
Heart stamp: Heidi Grace
Sentiment stamp: MamaElephant
Lamb stamp: Penny Black
EF: unknown
From stash: papers, ribbon
